Overview These Terms of Service govern your use of houseofneosage.com and your purchase of products from House of Neosage. By visiting our site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Our Products All House of Neosage blankets are made to order and handcrafted by MWW On Demand, a family-owned mill in North Carolina. Because each item is produced specifically for you, please review your order carefully before submitting.

  • All sales are final
  • We cannot cancel orders once they have been submitted for production
  • Product colors may vary slightly due to the woven nature of our blankets and screen display differences

Pricing All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.

Orders & Payment By placing an order you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available through Shopify. Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.

Shipping All orders ship free within the United States. Please allow approximately 10 business days for production plus 3–5 business days for shipping. See our full Shipping Policy for details.

Damages & Defects If your item arrives damaged or defective please contact us within 7 days of delivery at concierge@houseofneosage.com with your order number and photos. We will replace your item at no cost to you.

Intellectual Property All designs, images, and content on houseofneosage.com are the property of House of Neosage and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written permission.

Privacy We respect your privacy. Your personal information is used solely to process your order and communicate with you. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your order.

Smile Spaces Foundation House of Neosage proudly supports the Smile Spaces Foundation. Charitable donations are made per our Buy One Give One and Children's blanket programs as described on each product page.
