Return & Refund Policy — House of Neosage

At House of Neosage, every blanket is made to order just for you by our family-owned mill partners at MWW On Demand in North Carolina. Because each piece is crafted specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns or offer cash refunds.

If something goes wrong: If your blanket arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery at concierge@houseofneosage.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will replace your item at no cost to you.

Please note:

  • All sales are final due to the made-to-order nature of our products
  • We are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed and submitted for production
  • Color variations may occur due to the woven nature of our blankets — this is noted on each product page and is not considered a defect
